Food Intolerance
FODMAPs is the acronym for certain fermentable carbohydrates that have been shown to cause Irritable Bowel symptoms, such as bloating, gas, stomach pain, diarrhoea and constipation. Limiting FODMAP foods in the diet is clinically recommended for the management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
As an Accredited Dietitian, Maya McColm can provide you with information on what foods contain FODMAPs and outline a practical and personalised Low FODMAP meal plan to minimise your IBS - for optimal health.
