Both clinics are located conveniently at main roads with easy access from major highways. We have lots of parking around us or on-site parking available. Please choose the clinic most convenient to you. We recommend to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your first appointment. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Centres are conveniently located along the main roads of each location and in close proximity to Doctors and Specialist in the area. At all our locations you will find plenty of parking close-by or exclusive parking for our patients. There is also enough space for taxis/uber to drive up to the entrance of our clinics. Our clinics have wheel chair access. If you require a home visit, please call us on ph. 5448 8755 to arrange an appointment and payment.

PLEASE USE HAND SANITISER PROVIDED WHEN ENTERING OUR CLINIC! You will be welcomed by our friendly and caring receptionists and on your initial visit asked to fill out a short and simple form. If you need assistance, please feel free to ask our receptionist they will be just too happy to guide you through the form. Your Physiotherapist will then accompany you into the treatment room.

Physiotherapy Consultation

We have closed up private treatment rooms, which were purpose built. Your consultation time is 30 min. During this time the Physiotherapist will thoroughly assess your health concern or injury, recommend a treatment plan and start with the treatment. if required your Physiotherapist will report to and communicate with your Specialist or GP via encrypted files. All your personal data is handled with the highest discretion.

Exercise Physiology Consultation

If you come for an Exercise class, we request you to bring a bigger sized towel, and sports shoes as well as a comfortable sports outfit. You and your Exercise Physiologist will discuss and determine your individual rehabilitation process or fitness goal. The duration of your visit can vary according to the choice of your class. 

Massage Consultation

If you are booked for a massage, your therapist will discuss your individual needs and health issues before the treatment. Then it will be up to you to relax and enjoy.

Eftpos | Priv Health Fund Claims | Insurance Claims | DVA | Medicare EPC

All our services can be paid via Eftpos. Our payment service includes a direct line to private health funds for on the spot health fund rebates & claims. 

If you are seeking physiotherapy on an approved WorkCover or Third Party Insurance claim, we will organise payment for your treatment via your insurer. We are accepted by all major job fit and pre-employment organisations. So if you are looking for a functional capacity assessment we can help you as well. 

Cancelations Policy

We kindly asked you to respect our Therapist’s time. BT PHYSIOTHERAPY has a full fee 24h cancellation policy. If you give less than 24 hours notice when canceling without rebooking your appointment or fail to attend a scheduled appointment a full fee applies. This fee is not covered by WorkCover/ComCare/DVA/Medicare or any other Third Party Insurer and must be paid by the patient.
